As I write this post, summer is quickly coming to an end, and my favorite season is beginning.
I love autumn and everything that comes with it—from candy apples and pumpkins to cooler nights and the arrival of my new book. Yes. My second book is here!
The Truly Healthy Family Cookbook, or what Publisher’s Weekly calls a “delightful compilation of recipes,” is yours for the taking, available wherever books are sold, and it’s my hope that the recipes bring you years of enjoyment and health.
Some of my favorite recipes include Autumn Harvest Pasta, a mouthwatering combination of pasta with golden beets and roasted Brussels sprouts; my Famous Farro which combines butternut squash, walnuts and dried cranberries; my apricot-oat power bars and my orange-pecan-ricotta French toast.
