– black rice, brown, wild, etc. This has replaced potatoes, and other high fat starches like boxes of mac and cheese and bags of pasta with cream sauces. Using the Truely Heathy Family cookbook I have found that I can cook many meal time side items that not only are great tasting but packed with protein and fiber. Last week was a very busy week for us so we did stay on track with our healthy eating life style. This morning when i went to get my coffee – there sat my Tina cookbook. I think my family is trying o tell me something!
